Announced several years ago, we've always been curious to check out Nour: Play with Your Food. Fortunately, it looks like the game is finally done cooking — it'll be served up on both PS5 and PS4 on 12th September, 2023.
For those unaware, Nour is a sort of sandbox experience that's all about messing around with food. A series of interactive vignettes will allow you to cause all sorts of mess/abstract food art with realistic-looking dishes and drinks. All set to an interactive soundtrack, you'll also have some playful tools at your disposal, like a shrink/grow gun, a knife to chop things up, and so on. A photo mode also lets you take photos of your masterpieces.
Obviously this will probably only appeal to a small number, but from where we're sitting, it looks like a neat experiment at the very least. We're excited to check it out properly when it arrives in the next few weeks. What do you think of Nour: Play with Your Food? Clean your plates in the comments section below.

I’ve had this on my wishlist for sooooooo long now. I think it’s honestly the oldest item on my wishlist now.
Please tell me there will be a Pushsquare review for this. As much as I want to support something this out there, there are SO MANY GAMES coming out in September and October. And two I got today! Yikes!
I think i maybe getting too old for "gaming"
This needs to do what Mankind did, where you look at it and say "neat!" And then when you play it you're like "oh this IS a great game, it doesn't just look like one".
As a crank old man I gotta say this looks like fun 👍
This may sound ridiculous to some, but as someone who loves 3D animation and so on … I’ll be playing this mainly as a calming title to take a break. Something about clean and neat visuals just relax me.
Explosions and high octane experiences are great, but sometimes it’s nice to just experience less not more.
Really looking forward to this.
